Serious full body conditioning workout that utilizes free weights, bands & step aerobics and completely shapes your entire body into performance. This class whips your body into shape & builds strength which is critical in building bone density.

1-Pilates

Originally developed as a method of rehabilitation, the focus of Pilates lies with the muscles of your powerhouse – your core muscles which include abs, lower back, hips, and derriere. Emphasizing concentration and control, Pilates exercises are done with great precision and can be customized to meet the individual abilities of each participant. Through the series of movements over time, Pilates paves the road to optimal strength, flexibility, and posture to create a longer, leaner you.

Each component of this workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format, therefore this workout is plateau proof and never boring . Regular RIPPED. participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time, boasting 750-1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes.
