At my heaviest I was right at 190 pounds. I was miserable and felt like I had no energy and had difficulty making it through my daily routine. I decided to make a change and through hard work I was able to lose about 30 pounds on my own. When I started at Fit4life in October I was 162 pounds and had hit a wall and was starting to get frustrated and falling back to my old habits.

That is when I met Josh my current trainer and for me it was a life saver and we became great friends. It became apparent early on that Josh was focused on helping me and treated me as an individual and not just another client. That is when it clicked I had the support and I could do this.

I am currently down about 15 lbs and several inches and feel better than I have in years. I know that I will reach my goals and this has truly changed to a lifestyle for me.
