Our Fast Track Session is a true Body Diagnostic letting us know everything about your body.
This is our Functional Movement screen where you will perform a series of movements and helps us determine what muscles are causing unneeded aches and pains. This is the beginning of how we CUSTOMIZE our workouts for YOUR BODY.
We will then also measure your body fat and blood pressure to find out your starting point. We will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to beginning your workout. We don’t care what the measurements show. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence.
