Just 3 short months ago, Jake Walters started his journey towards a healthier lifestyle with one of our personal trainers, Kalie. He started at 345lbs and this morning weighed in at 299lbs. His 46lb weight loss is courtesy of the hard work he puts in during his sessions, but also his dedication to himself.
This is the first time he has been under 300lbs in over a decade. Having individualized, custom workouts that are set up in an easy-to-read folder that’s proved to him by his personal trainer makes it easier for him to go the the gym knowing what he should be doing, versus guessing or looking up random workouts online that may not be geared towards his specific goal. He wants to share his journey in hopes that he will spark the passion in all of us to better ourselves.
