“I worked out regularly for years, then stopped for a lot of reasons. A personal trainer requires a commitment and once I schedule it, it’s like I need to keep my word. On my own, I promise myself “not now, later today or I will go tomorrow. Alone, I don’t spend the time to establish benchmarks so that I can feel some semblance of improvement and success. My trainer never seems bored or uninterested in doing programming and drills. He believes in what he is doing and does it.”
