“I was able to gain strength and size, but I wasn’t able to focus on all the muscle groups I needed to so some lacked.
I wasn’t able to fully motivate myself and I didn’t have the knowledge on what was best for me. A personal trainer is the absolute best. I have been able to work on correcting some issues that I have and it has increased my performance on so many different exercises. I have someone to motivate me and push me the way I need to be pushed so that I can overcome my own mental blocks that keep me from completing some workouts. Getting a trainer is the absolute best route you can take. You have someone with the knowledge, certification, and experience to properly assess what it is you want and need and give you the tools to be successful and achieve your goals. There are so many things you can’t achieve on your own and a personal trainer will help you achieve them. 10/10 would recommend.”
