“My results before I had a trainer would start off good but then, I would get discouraged and stop. My biggest roadblocks were not knowing what to do and not motivated. Lately, I’ve been more motivated with going to the gym. I can’t say I love it or even like it, but I am enjoying the loss in weight and inches. I definitely am more accountable having a trainer and feel more comfortable with being in the gym. I would tell people to definitely get a trainer to help you know what to do and the encouragement you receive. My trainer and I run through my routines. He is very encouraging. I feel that he takes into the fact that I am 60 and that I’ve never gone to the gym. Josh definitely gives me the motivation and the challenge that I need. He’s awesome.”
